Do you know that a cheesecake can be cooked during 5 minutes only? If not, then this recipe is right what you need It will become a great solution for women, who are very busy at work and wish to surprise their loved ones with sweet and healthy treats!

Ingredients

  • cream: 120 g
  • cream cheese: 120 g
  • butter: 2 Tbsp (melted)
  • biscuits: 50 g (milled)
  • sugar powder: 60 g
  • egg: 1 piece
  • orange juice: 2 Tbsp

  1. Mix milled biscuits with melted butter. Spoon the mixture on the bottom of cups or dessert bowls

  2. Whisk cream cheese with cream on a low speed. A few seconds will be enough to make the mass smooth and consistent.

  3. Add powdered sugar and one egg, whisk once again

  4. Add orange juice and stir everything carefully

  5. Pour the mixture in the cups or dessert bowls with the biscuit layer on the bottom

  6. Place the cups in a microwave oven and cook for about 2 minutes at 700 Watt. As soon as small bubbles start appearing in the center of the cup, turn the microwave off. Watch the cooking process not to overlook the right time.

  7. Let the cheesecake cool down a bit and then put the cups in a fridge for 1.5-2 hours until the dessert sets as required!
