  • kiwi: 3 piece
  • apple: 5 piece
  • sugar: 500 g
  • water: 0.5 cup
  • lemon: 1 piece (for the juice)

  1. Prepare the fruit and make sure they are fresh and ripe.

  2. Peel kiwi and apples, remove the seeds if any. Chop the fruit then. Squeeze lemon juice, sprinkle it on the fruit to prevent apples from darkening.

  3. Put the fruit into a pot, add sugar and water. Leave for one hour.

  4. Place the pot on fire and wait until the water boils. Reduce the fire to the minimum and keep boiling on small fire for about 30-40 minutes. Then turn the fire off. As soon as the jam cools down, boil it once again.
