  1. Before kneading the dough, you should prepare three kinds of fresh juice first: tomato, spinach and beet. For this purpose, you can use fresh vegetables to juice them or use frozen spinach, beets and tomato paste to cook the juice.  As a result, you will have three cups of multi-colored juice.

  2. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 10 g of yeast into each cup and stir everything well

  3. Now, you are ready to cook the dough. All in all, you should knead four types of dough of different colors. To knead ordinary dough, mix 1 cup of flour, water yeast, sugar, ¾ teaspoons of salt and 0.5 tablespoons of oil. The dough should be elastic and smooth. Repeat the same step three more times, but use different kinds of juice instead of water and do not add sugar and yeast (you have done that in the previous step). Fold each type of dough in the food wrap and leave for 30-40 minutes

  4. Take a deep baking form, cover the bottom of it with butter and dredge with flour

  5. Form four long “snags” of dough and put them inside the baking form as it is shown on the photo. They should mix with each other to give the bread its unusual look

  6. Cover the baking form with a deep bowl and leave the dough in a warm place for 30 minutes. Then place the baking form with the dough into the pre-heated to 230 degrees oven and bake for about 40-60 minutes. That’s it! Your Australian vegetable bread is ready! Enjoy its taste and look with your friends and family!
