Ingredients

  • unbleached all-purpose flour: 1.5 cups
  • rolled oats: 1 cup
  • white sugar: 0.5 cup
  • baking powder: 2 tsp
  • baking soda: 1 tsp
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • egg: 1 piece
  • milk: 0.75 cup
  • vegetable oil: 0.33333 cup
  • vanilla extract: 0.5 tsp
  • bananas: 1 cup (mashed)

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
