The recipe of a soft and juicy banana cheesecake is at your disposal now! It is easy to cook and it also involves simple ingredients that are always available in your fridge. Try cooking the dessert right away to surprise your loved ones!

Ingredients

  • shortbread cookies: 200 g (milled)
  • butter: 70 g (melted)
  • walnuts: 30 g
  • cottage cheese: 400 g
  • sour cream: 200 g
  • sugar: 150 g
  • egg: 3 piece
  • banana: 6 piece
  • lemon juice: 3 Tbsp
  • dark chocolate 75%: 50 g
  • gelatin: 2 Tbsp

  1. Prepare the ingredients you will need for your delicious banana cheesecake

  2. Mix milled shortbread biscuits with melted butter. Spread the dough on the bottom of the baking form. It is recommended to cover the bottom of the form with baking paper to make it easy to remove the cheesecake. Then mix eggs, cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar and 2 bananas using a mixer. Spoon half of the mass on the base of the cake, add chopped walnuts and pour the rest of the mass. Bake the cheesecake in the pre-heated to 180 degrees oven for about 60 minutes and leave the cake to let it cool down a bit.

  3. Take 3 bananas and make the puree. Add lemon juice. Cover gelatin with water and then dissolve it on the water-bath. Mix the banana puree and gelatin. Having done that, grate the chocolate. Take your cheesecake and put the slices of the remaining banana on it. Then pour liquid banana jelly on your cake.

  4. Add grated chocolate and leave the dessert in a fridge for a couple of hours. Enjoy your delicious banana cheesecake!
