Bean salad with walnut pesto sauce is rich in vitamins due to the ingredients it contains. The combination of red beans and walnuts fills you with energy and health for the whole year. Cook it right away and make sure yourself!
- red beans : 500 g
- walnuts : 100 g
- red onion : 2 piece
- garlic : 2 piece
- cilantro : 1 bunch
- oil : 0.5 cup
- red wine vinegar : 1 Tbsp
- clove : 0.25 tsp
- cinnamon : 0.25 tsp
- salt : 0.5 tsp
- black pepper : 1 pinch
Stages of cooking
Get the red beans and walnuts ready first.
Soak the beans in water and leave for 8-10 hours before cooking the dish. Drain the beans, pour more water and boil on small fire for 1.5 hours until the beans become soft.
Blend cilantro, walnuts and red wine vinegar well.
Carefully add oil to get smooth mixture.
Chop the onion and fry it on oil until it becomes transparent. Add the spices and fry for 1 minute more.
Mix walnut pesto sauce with onion, salt and pepper. Add the sauce to the boiled beans and mix carefully.
