Beef stew is a nice and substantial adding to pasta, rice or potato. It is easy and quickly to cook, while stewing the beef you can easily make rice or pasta.
- oil : 2 Tbsp
- salt : 2 pinch
- flour : 2 Tbsp
- sour cream : 350 g
- tomato paste : 200 g
- garlic : 3 clove
- bulb onion : 3 piece
- beef broth : 2 cup
- champignons : 8 piece
- beef : 600 g
Stages of cooking
Rinse the beef and cut into not big thin pieces.
In a stew pan pour oil and fry beef pieces, try to fry them equally until golden.
Chop onion and throw it into the stew pan, stir well.
Chop champignons, press garlic, add to the beef, when onion is soft. Add tomato paste, beef broth and flour. Cover with a lid and stew during 30-35 minutes on law flame.
When all the vegetables and the beef are ready, add sour cream and stir. Saute during 5-7 minutes and then switch off the flame.
Serve with pasta and enjoy!
