Capsicum chili pepper masala noodles is a nice Indian dish to be cooked for breakfast and lunch. It is often served with fried eggs. The dish is very easy to cook and includes spicy ingredients, which contribute to the taste and aroma of it. A perfect choice for your family!

Ingredients

  • noodles: 1 cup (boiled)
  • capsicum: 0.5 cup (yellow, chopped)
  • onion: 0.5 piece (chopped)
  • garlic: 1 Tbsp (chopped)
  • green chilies: 1 piece (chopped)
  • soy sauce: 1 Tbsp
  • Garam Masala: 0.5 tsp
  • coriander leaves: 2 piece (chopped)
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • oil: 2 Tbsp
  • tomato chilli sauce: 2 Tbsp
  • pepper powder: 0.25 tsp

  1. Take a pan and heat oil in it. Add garlic and onion and sauté for a few minutes. Then add green chili, capsicum and keep sautéing for a while.

  2. Now, add tomato chili sauce and dark soy sauce.

  3. Then add garam masala. Mix the ingredients well.

  4. Then add boiled noodles, salt and pepper powder. Mix the ingredients once again.

  5. Finally, add coriander leaves and mix thoroughly one more time. Cut off the heat and serve hot! Bon appétit!
