When it is rain adn cold one might want to eat something warm and bright. This carrot soup is something very tasty and health-giving. You and your kids will delight it.
- salt : 0.5 tsp (per taste)
- cinnamon : 1 pinch
- cream : 65 ml
- broth : 700 ml (chicken or vegetable)
- vegetable oil : 1 Tbsp
- ginger : 1 Tbsp
- bulb onion : 1 piece
- carrot : 500 g
- orange juice : 100 ml
Stages of cooking
Rinse and chop onion and grate ginger.
Pour vegetable oil in a pan and little heat, then throw carrot and ginger and stew 5-7 minutes.
Throw carrot into the pan, pour in broth and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid and boil on a law heat during 30 minutes.
When the carrot is cooked, puree this soup. Add salt, cinnamon, cream and orange juice. Stir well and place on the flame, bring to a boil and cook during 5 minutes.
Then you may serve it!
