- butter : 170 g (softened)
- dark chocolate 75% : 150 g
- egg : 2 piece (large)
- flour : 50 g (sifted)
- sugar : 170 g
- walnuts : 100 g (chopped)
Stages of cooking
Whisk eggs with sugar.
Melt the chocolate , then stirring constantly add the pieces of butter.
Continue to stir the chocolate untir the butter dissolves. If needed hit the mass in a bowl set over a saucepan of barely simmering water (or in microwave), stirring occasionally, until smooth.
Allow to cool then add the eggs. Whisk for 1-2 minutes.
Add the sifted flour, salt and chopped walnuts.
Spoon the mixture into the tin and smooth the surface. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool in the tin, then remove and cut into squares. Sprinkle with powder or cocoa.
