Chocolate macaroons always taste superb, so, no wonder, this is one of the most popular desserts in many homes. Nowadays, you don’t have to buy chocolate macaroons elsewhere. Instead, you can cook them on your own at home!
- sugar powder : 1 cup
- almond flour : 0.5 cup
- egg white : 2 piece
- cocoa powder : 3 Tbsp
- sugar : 5 Tbsp
- chocolate cream : 100 ml
Stages of cooking
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and cool them in a fridge for 24 hours. Then take them away from the fridge and let them warm to the room temperature. Whip the egg whites with sugar to get dense mass.
Sift almond flour, cocoa powder and sugar powder.
Mix dry ingredients with whipped egg whites counterclockwise.
Take pastry bag or an ordinary polybag with a cut corner.
Cover the baking pan with baking paper and form small round cookies by squeezing the batter from the pastry bag carefully.
Bake in the pre-heated to 180 C (256 F) oven for about 12-20 minutes depending upon the type of the oven and the temperature regime.
As soon as the macaroons are baked, let them cool down a bit and join the halves together using any dense chocolate crème you like. Enjoy the dessert!
