A very simple chicken salad at first glance, but with its own flavor, which is given to it by daikon and dressing with the addition of mustard. To emphasize the piquancy of the salad, instead of daikon, you can take radish or celery, for a milder taste, we recommend replacing it with radish.
- chicken breasts : 300 g
- smoked paprika : 0.3 tsp
- herbes de Provence : 0.3 tsp
- apple : 1 piece
- lemon juice : 1 tsp
- egg : 2 piece
- daikon : 1 piece
- yogurt : 150 ml
- mustard : 0.5 tsp
- salt : 1 piece
- black pepper : 1 pinch
Stages of cooking
Prepare the ingredients. Grate chicken breast with your favorite spices (in this recipe we used a mixture of smoked sweet paprika and Provence herbs) and bake in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Breast must be fully cooked! You can fry the chicken breast with a pan. Hard boiled eggs. Cool the chicken breast and eggs.
Apple, without peeling, cut into quarters, remove the core and cut into medium-sized cubes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and put to a salad bowl. Peel the daikon with a peeler and cut into cubes about the same size as the apple. Add to the salad bowl to the apples, mix.
Peel the eggs. Cut the chicken breast and eggs into cubes of the same size. Put in the salad bowl to the apple and daikon.
For dressing, mix thick yogurt and mustard, salt and pepper to taste. You can use natural yogurt or Greek yogurt without additives or low-fat sour cream.
Put the dressing in the salad bowl and mix well.
