Very tender cookies will bring some warmth and joy into your house. Excellently taste with tea or milk.
Ingredients
- sugar powder: 1 tsp (to sprinkle)
- pine nuts: 2 Tbsp
- corn flakes: 3 Tbsp
- salt: 1 pinch
- baking powder: 1 tsp
- flour: 130 g
- sugar: 80 g
- egg: 1 piece

Melt sugar and butter and let them cool.

Add egg and whisk, add flour and baking powder,stir well.

Now add pine nuts.

Knead the corn flakes properly.

Now spoon the dough and dip it into the corn flake crumbs. Spread all over the baking tray.

Bake in a pre-heated to 180C (360F) degrees oven for about 20 minutes. Then cool and sprinkle over the sugar powder. Serve and enjoy!
