One of the most beloved and popular options of dessert glaze is cream cheese frosting. In this recipe, we suggest to use butter, but for a lighter version you can take cream 30-33% fat.
- cream cheese : 300 g
- butter : 100 g
- sugar powder : 80 g
Stages of cooking
Place butter at room temperature in the mixer bowl. Whip it at an average mixer speed for 1-2 minutes.
Next, add powdered sugar to the butter, whip until whitening. At the same stage, add vanilla sugar, vanilla extract, if you want. It will take 7–9 minutes to whip, depending on the power of your mixer.
Next, without stopping to whip, add the cream cheese in portions and whip for another 2 minutes.
Place the ready made cream to the fridge for 2 hours.
