Tofu is produced of a different consistency - solid from soy and soft or silk - from eggs. Soft tofu is often called Japanese because of its high popularity in the land of the rising sun. Japanese-style tofu with vegetables is one of the popular dishes. It's prepared quickly and easily and comes out very delicious!
- tofu : 260 g
- onion : 100 g
- carrots : 130 g
- sweet pepper : 100 g
- corn starch : 1 Tbsp
- oil : 2 Tbsp
- sesame : 10 g
Stages of cooking
—ut tofu into 2 cm thick slices. Roll each slicein starch.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry tofu pieces until it becomes golden brown on both sides.
Put the chopped vegetables in a frying pan, where the tofu was fried. Add the sesame and cook for 5-7 minutes on high heat.
For sauce, mix cold water with starch and soy sauce.
Put fried tofu in a frying pan with vegetables and pour sauce. Mix gently and cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens, for about 2 minutes.
