If you are looking for a healthy and nutritious lunch of dinner dish, then the recipe of the Essex style sirloin steak is right what you need! - sirloin steak : 700 g (cut into 2-3 steaks)
- peppercorn sauce : 100 ml
- potato wedges : 100 g
- onion : 1 piece (cut into rings)
- hash browns : 100 g
- peas : 1 can
- olive oil : 30 ml
Stages of cooking
Open a can of peas first.
Take a large frying pan, add olive oil and put your sirloin steak inside. Heat it up on medium heat a bit.
As soon as one side of the steak becomes light brown, turn it on the other side.
Meanwhile, take a saucepan and mix peppercorn sauce powder with soy milk there.
Spoon the peas into a pan.
Heat all the ingredients on medium fire.
Now, take a baking pan and put potato wedges, onion rings and hash browns on it. Bake in the oven at 220 C (428 F) for about 30 minutes. Stir the ingredients once, while baking them.
The meat should become brown on both sides by this time.
Bring peas and peppercorn sauce to the boil. Your potatoes with onions should be ready now.
