Stages of cooking
Remove the middle part of apples and pears. Cut the fruit into circles about 0.5 cm thick. Put them into a pot, pour with hot boiling water and wait until they start boiling. Remove the pot from fire, strain and leave the syrup aside. We will need it soon.

Cut the plums now and add them to the jam.
