This is a nice choice of quickly-cooked cookie recipes. You don\'t need to use oven, just pan. These cookies are tasty, warm and aromatic, what else you need to enjoy evening tea!
- baking powder : 1 tsp
- vegetable oil : 3 Tbsp
- cream : 3 Tbsp
- egg : 1 piece
- sugar : 2 Tbsp
- flour : 1.5 cup
Stages of cooking
Part the yolk from the white. Lately you may whisk the white with sugar to dip in cookies.
Add cream and sugar. Whisk well.
Pour in vegetable oil and whisk again.
Mix flour and baking powder. Add this to egg mixture and knead the dough.
Cut the dough into pieces out of which form balls.
Press every ball with the kitchen hammer or fork.
Heat the pan with non-stick coating on medium flame. Place the cookies and fry on both sides until golden.
Serve with tea and enjoy!
