This fantastic grapefruit jelly is easy to cook. Personally, I have never tried such a dessert before. The taste of grapefruit and lemon merges with vanilla aroma, giving the treat unbelievably appealing flavor! Cook it right again to please your loved ones!

Ingredients

  • grapefruit: 2 piece
  • lemon: 1 piece
  • vanillin: 1 pack
  • sugar: 1 kg

  1. Wash grapefruit and put them into a large pot. Pour with water, cover with the lid and boil on medium fire for about 2 hours. The grapefruit will become soft, but don’t stick them! Strain the water instead. Take an empty pot and add sugar inside.

  2. Cut the grapefruit inside the pot to prevent the juice from leaking outside. Remove the seeds and juice the fruit.

  3. Chop the boiled grapefruit. You can blend the fruit as well.

  4. Peel lemon zest and juice the fruit. Add the ingredients to the grapefruit juice. Mix them and wait until the sugar dissolves. Now, add vanillin. Boil on small fire for about 15 minutes.

  5. Spoon the readymade jelly into glass jars and keep them in a fridge! Bon appétit!
