These grilled rosemary potatoes are a perfect side dish for any BBQ or summer grill out. The potatoes are coated in a blend of olive oil, rosemary, and spices, then grilled over an open flame until crispy and lightly charred on the outside, and soft and fluffy on the inside.

Ingredients

  • lbs baby potatoes: 2 piece
  • olive oil: 0.25 cup
  • rosemary: 2 Tbsp (chopped, fresh)
  • garlic powder: 1 tsp
  • smoked paprika: 1 tsp
  • salt and pepper: (to taste)
