Guacamole is an avocado-based salad. This dish gained popularity all over the world. It is very tasty, light and full of vitamins. You certainly should cook it!


  • black pepper : 1 pinch
  • salt : 1 pinch
  • cumin seed : 1 tsp (ground)
  • cilantro : 1 Tbsp
  • onion : 1 piece (red)
  • tomatoes : 1 piece
  • Jalapeno : 1 piece (you may use chili instead)
  • lemon : 1 piece
  • avocado : 2 piece

Stages of cooking

  1. Wash tomato and dry with kitchen towel, then dice. You may also peel it, just put it in a boiling water, it would be easier to peel.

  2. Cut avocado in half, pick out the pulp and knead it with fork.

  3. Do the same thing with another avocado.

  4. Peel onion and chop.

  5. Chop jalapeno or chili. You may use only half of it. Leave it with seeds, if you like spicy dishes.

  6. Put choped jalapeno, avocado and onion into a bowl.

  7. Squeeze lemon juice into the bowl. It would be quite enough a half of lemon, if it is juicy.

  8. Add ground cumin.

  9. Add salt and black pepper up to your taste.

  10. Mix everything properly, add diced tomato. Mix all ingredients again and serve. Enjoy!
