  • oat-flakes : 250 g
  • hazelnuts : 80 g
  • honey : 3 Tbsp
  • apple juice : 3 Tbsp
  • olive oil : 3 Tbsp
  • banana : 2 piece
  • vanilla sugar : 1 tsp
