Delicious and nourishing casserole, a great option for a hearty dinner, or for the guests arrival. The mozzarella cheese inside the casserole melts and forms cheese strands, which makes the casserole even more delicious.
- potato : 700 g
- champignons : 500 g
- onion : 200 g
- cream : 200 ml (10-25% fat)
- mozzarella : 200 g
- cheddar cheese : 100 g (or any other hard cheese)
- egg : 2 piece
- salt : 1 tsp
- black pepper : 1 pinch
- olive oil : 2 Tbsp
Stages of cooking
Boil potatoes in a salted water until it is totally cooked.
Peel and chop the onion.
Fry onin in oil for about 5-7 minutes.
Add mushrooms and fry for 20-25 minutes.
Peel and cut potatoes.
Grate cheddar cheese.
Whisk eggs with cream and salt.
Form the casserole.
Grease the form.
Put the fried mushrooms with onions.
Top with potatoes, salt and pepper.
Pour with egg-cream mass,Bake add cheddar.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven (180C).
