  • butter: 2 Tbsp
  • yellow onion: 1 medium (sliced)
  • red onion: 0.5 medium (sliced)
  • garlic: 4 clove (minced)
  • red bell pepper: 1 piece (sliced)
  • green bell pepper: 1 medium (sliced)
  • basil: 1 tsp (dried)
  • oregano: 1 tsp (dried)
  • white wine: 0.25 cup (to taste)
