  • olive oil: 1 Tbsp
  • Italian sausage: 450 g
  • onion: 1 piece (half sliced and half minced)
  • garlic: 2 clove (minced)
  • white wine: 1.5 cup
  • white beans: 1 can (drained)
  • turkey stock: 1 cup (vegetable or chicken stock will work as well)
  • water: 1 cup
  • salt: 1 tsp (to taste)
  • savoy cabbage: 1 piece (sliced)
  • bay leaf: 2 piece
  • parsley: 1 cup (chopped)
  • parmesan: 1 cup (grated)

  1. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan and brown the sausage. As soon as the sausage is ready, remove it and set aside for a while.
