
This spinach salad is different and so easy to make. Everyone I have made this for raves about it!
Ingredients
- butter : 1 Tbsp
- almonds, blanched and slivered : 0.75 cup
- spinach, rinsed and torn into bite-size pieces : 1 pound
- dried cranberries : 1 cup
- vegetable oil : 0.5 cup
- white sugar : 0.5 cup
- cider vinegar : 0.25 cup
- white wine vinegar : 0.25 cup
- toasted sesame seeds : 2 Tbsp
- poppy seeds : 1 Tbsp
- minced onion : 2 tsp
- paprika : 0.25 tsp

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir almonds in butter until lightly toasted. Remove from heat and let cool.

Make dressing: Whisk together oil, sugar, cider vinegar, white wine vinegar, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, minced onion, and paprika in a medium bowl.
