- tofu : 500 g
- carrots : 2 piece
- soy sauce : 3 Tbsp
- garlic : 2 clove
- sesame seeds : 2 Tbsp
- Powdered coriander : 0.5 tsp
- black pepper : 1 pinch
- powdered red pepper : 1 pinch
Stages of cooking
Prepare the ingredients. Grate the carrots.
Put tofu on a frying sheet. Fry in a pan without adding oil.
For dressing, mix soy sauce, coriander, peppers and garlic passed through a crush.
Dice the fried tofu.
Pour the carrots with the prepared dressing and mix. Put on top the cubes of fried tofu and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
