Kerala banana chips is a South Indian dish, which will appeal to all the fans of desserts and healthy snacks. The chips are very tasty, nutritious and easy to cook. - Kerala banana : 1 piece (sliced into thin circles)
- coconut oil : 300 ml
- salt : 0.5 tsp (to your taste)
Stages of cooking
Start cooking the snack with peeling the fruit.
Then slice the bananas into thin circles. You can fine grate them as well to get banana slices of the same thickness.
Take a frying pan, heat coconut oil in it and deep fry banana slices until they become crispy.
Sprinkle with salt, red chili powder or turmeric powder (if you wish) and mix well when serving! Bon appétit!
