- flax meal : 90 g
- pumpkin : 50 g (puree)
- cocoa powder : 50 g
- caramel sauce : 25 g (without sugar)
- egg : 1 piece
- coconut oil : 2 Tbsp
- cinnamon : 0.5 tsp
- apple vinegar : 0.5 tsp
- baking powder : 0.5 tsp
- almond flakes : 3 Tbsp
- salt : 1 pinch
Stages of cooking
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
In another bowl, mix and lightly whisk all the liquid ingredients.
Pour liquid into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Preheat the oven to 170-180 C.
Put the dough in a muffin dish.
Sprinkle the dough with almond flakes.
Bake for about 15 minutes. Muffins should rise and darken slightly.
