Stages of cooking
Chop and fry one onion, add sliced cabbage. Cover with the lid and stew on small fire for 10-12 minutes.
Prepare the spices for the terrine, including chopped onion, tomato paste, mustard, salt, pepper and egg. These spices will give the dish the fantastic aroma.
Add spices to the minced meat and mix everything thoroughly.
Start heating the oven. Then take a baking form, oil it well and place the layers of minced meat and cabbage one by one.
Cover the baking form with foil and bake at 200 C (392 F) for about 35 minutes.
To cook the side-dish, I peeled and sliced the potatoes, placed it into a baking form, added salt, sprinkled with olive oil and dredged with dry rosemary and thyme. Then I baked it in the oven.
30 minutes later, fry bacon on a dry frying pan.
Remove the terrine from the frying pan, remove the foil and cover the terrine with bacon and thyme. Bake without foil for 20-25 minutes more. Serve with baked rosemary potatoes! Enjoy the dish!
