We usually cook pancakes for breakfast. They are nutritional and give enough energy for all day. What about pancake pie with apple? What do you think?   1. Take a large bowl. Mix eggs, sugar and salt. Pour milk, add sour cream and stir everything well. Add flour and mix again. Heat a frying pan. Take a ladle and pour the batter on fry. As soon as you notice small bubbles on the surface of pancakes, it is high time to turn them to another side.

  2. Heat stew-pan. Peel apples and cut them, add sugar and one spoon of sour cream. Put everything in the stew-pan. It must  little look like caramel. And then it is ready. Put it away and let it cool.
