- milk : 300 ml
- flour : 400 g

- sour cream : 40 g

Stages of cooking
Take a large bowl. Mix eggs, sugar and salt. Pour milk, add sour cream and stir everything well. Add flour and mix again. Heat a frying pan. Take a ladle and pour the batter on fry. As soon as you notice small bubbles on the surface of pancakes, it is high time to turn them to another side.
Heat stew-pan. Peel apples and cut them, add sugar and one spoon of sour cream. Put everything in the stew-pan. It must little look like caramel. And then it is ready. Put it away and let it cool.
Now take a cake tin like on the pic. Put one pancake and then one more over it. They must absolutely cover the tin and their flaps must hang down over both sides. Spoon little stuffing over pancakes.
Roll two pancakes and put them over stuffing. Again spread the layer of stuffing and then put two pancakes over it.
Do the same thing with the rest of the stuffing and pancakes. Then cover everything with the flaps of the bottom pancakes. Cover pie with thin plastic wrap and put in the fridge. Leave it there for 5 hours.
