Fantastic pancakes with apples and cinnamon, which will make your day!
- flour : 95 g
- oatmeal : 45 g
- whole-wheat flour : 45 g
- apple juice : 240 ml
- egg : 2 piece
- butter : 2 Tbsp (melted)
- baking powder : 2 tsp
- cinnamon : 1 tsp
- nutmeg : 1 tsp
- salt : 1 tsp
- sugar : 2 Tbsp
- apple : 2 piece (big)
- maple syrup : 50 ml (optional)
- apple jam : 50 ml (optional)
Stages of cooking
Bolt three types of flour you have prepared into the bowl. Add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder and salt. Stir everything well.
Make a small hole inside the mass, add an egg, apple juice and melted butter. Stir well and make sure the batter is not that liquid.
Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Add apples to the batter and stir it once again.
Heat the frying pan and spoon the batter onto it. Bake the pancakes on both sides until they become “golden”.
That’s it! Your pancakes are ready. It is better to serve them warm adding the maple syrup or the apple jam. If you wish, you can sprinkle the pancakes with cinnamon mixed with sugar. Enjoy your dessert!
