These Philly cheesesteak sandwiches are made with a delicious seasoning of herbs and spices. I purchase steak that has been sliced for making stir-fry, which takes a little less time, but achieves the same results.

  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • black pepper: 0.5 tsp
  • paprika: 0.5 tsp
  • chili powder: 0.5 tsp
  • onion powder: 0.5 tsp
  • garlic powder: 0.5 tsp
  • dried thyme: 0.5 tsp
  • dried marjoram: 0.5 tsp
  • dried basil: 0.5 tsp
  • beef sirloin, cut into thin 2 inch strips: 1 pound
  • vegetable oil: 3 Tbsp
  • onion, sliced: 1 piece
  • green bell pepper, julienned: 1 piece
  • Swiss cheese, thinly sliced: 3 ounces
  • hoagie rolls, split lengthwise: 4 piece
