This is a very interesting and tasty salald in Asian style. The combination of meat and pineapple is something new and really delicious. It is ideal for snack and dinner.

Ingredients

  • soy sauce: 4 Tbsp
  • Teriyaki sauce: 5 Tbsp
  • almond: 50 g
  • vegetable oil: 4 Tbsp
  • apple vinegar: 2 Tbsp
  • lettuce: 300 g
  • ginger: 1 tsp
  • cucumber: 1 piece
  • carrots: 2 piece (not big)
  • pineapple: 300 g
  • pork: 300 g (tenderloin)

  1. Cut pork tendeloin into thin strips.
