- porkmeat : 700 g
- onion : 1 piece
- carrots : 1 piece
- canned tomatoes : 5 piece
- garlic : 2 piece
- ketchup : 1 Tbsp
- basil : 1 tsp
- oregano : 1 tsp
- water : 0.5 cup
Stages of cooking
Take a piece of porkmeat and chafe it with salt and pepper
Chop the onion and grate the carrot
Take 5 canned tomatoes, peel them and cut them into small pieces
Cook the sauce by mixing ½ of tomato juice, ketchup, basil, oregano, salt and water.
Put onion, carrots, tomatoes, garlic and sauce on the bottom of your crock pot. Then put a piece of porkmeat above and cover the pot. Cook at HIGH regime for 5 hours (if you wish, you can cook the dish on a SLOW regime for 8 hours).
As soon as the dish is ready, let it cool down for 10 minutes, cut the meat and mix it with vegetables. The dish will be so aromatic and juicy that you will can’t resist the temptation to try it at once! Bon appétit!
