  • banana: 3 piece (small)
  • egg: 1 piece
  • butter: 100 g (softened)
  • sugar: 100 g
  • flour: 1.5 cup (sifted)
  • baking powder: 2 tsp
  • salt: 1 pinch

  1. Mix softened butter with the sugar and egg.

  2. Mash bananas in a separate plate.

  3. Add mashed bananas to the whipped butter mixture , stir.

  4. Add the flour mixed with baking powder. Add a pinch of salt and mix the dough. Grease the bread pan with butter , sprinkle with flour.

  5. Spread the dough evenly, gently flatten with a spoon . Put in the oven and bake at 180C degrees for 1 hour. Check the doneness with the toothpick inserted into the center of thebread, it should come out clean.

  6. Leave the bread in the pan for a while for getting cool then take out and cut. Bon Appetit!
