This rice pudding is super delicious and it is very easy to cook, try to make it at home. You’ll be surprised by its pleasant taste and aroma.
- apple : 2 piece
- lemon juice : 60 ml
- sugar : 100 g
- milk : 500 ml
- egg : 3 piece
- salt : 1 pinch
- vanilla sugar : 0.5 tsp
- rice : 200 g
- butter : 40 g
Stages of cooking
Pour milk into a pan, add butter, sugar (50g), salt. Bring to a boil, add rice and cook 30 minutes.
Rinse and peel apples, cube then. Add sugar (50g) and lemon juice, stew on a law flame.
Throw apples on a sieve, remove the syrup. Add rice and vanilla sugar, mix well.
Whisk eggs, add rice mixture carefully.
Now spread this mixture over the baking form.
Bake in a pre-heated to 180C (355F) degrees about 30 minutes. Taste the dish!
