Believe or not but it is really delicious and what is vital - absolutely easy to cook. It takes just 20 minutes to make this amazing dish, which can easily be served as lunch side-dish or for dinner.
- black pepper : 1 pinch
- salt : 2 pinch
- green onion : 1 piece
- vegetable oil : 2 Tbsp
- lemon : 1 piece
- cream : 100 ml
- sesame : 20 g (white)
- soy sauce : 2 Tbsp
- zucchini : 200 g
- salmon : 200 g
Stages of cooking
Scale salmon, remove bones and dice. Pour over soy sauce and leave.
Wash zucchini and then slice. Also cut green onion.
Dip salmon into sesame, try to spread its seeds all over the whole salmon pieces.
Pre-heat a frying pan, pour in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Place salmon pieces close to each other.
Fry until golden brown. Place on the plate.
Now fry zucchini. Take another pan and pour in oil. Spread zucchini and fry until golden brown.
Add black pepper, lemons peel, salt and lemon juice (squeezed from lemon) and green onion. Mix properly and fry during 5 minutes.
Pour cream over and stew during 1 minute.
Now place on the plate zucchini with cream.
Then place over salmon, sprinkle green onion pieces. Bon appétit!
