- crackers : 200 g (salty)
- butter : 150 g
- sausages : 300 g
- mozzarella : 250 g
- onion : 1 piece
- cr?me fraiche : 2 Tbsp
Stages of cooking
Mill the crackers in a blender
Add butter and stir everything well
Put the mass into a cake hoop (26 cm in diameter), spread it well and form the edges. Pre-heat the oven to 170 degrees and place the cheesecake inside for about 10 minutes. Do not turn off the oven!
Peel the sausages and cut them into large pieces.
Make the sausage mince with onions using the blender. If you feel that the mince lacks spices, you can add salt, pepper and any other spices you like.

As soon as the dough has cooled down a bit, cover it with the sausage mince
The cheese layer should cover the pie
