This pie is very tasty, simple and colorful. It is cooked without meat but rather substantial because of eggplant and bell pepper. Cook it and enjoy its great taste.
- black olives : 5 piece
- cheese : 100 g
- tomatoes : 2 piece (medium)
- bell pepper : 1 piece
- eggplant : 1 piece (big)
- butter : 200 g
- sour cream : 1 Tbsp
- baking powder : 0.5 tsp
- salt : 0.5 tsp
- sugar : 0.5 tsp
- flour : 400 g
Stages of cooking
In a bowl mix flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
Add little melted butter and mix. Then add sour cream and knead the dough, leave for half an hour.
Chop eggplant and sprinkle salt, thus the bitter taste will go. Rinse with water in 10 minutes.
Chop bell pepper and slice tomatoes.
Fry eggplant until it is half cooked, sprinkle salt and black pepper if you wish.
Roll out the dough.
First spread eggplant.
Now spread the layer of bell pepper and tomatoes.
Sprinkle grated cheese and garnish with olives.
Bake in a pre-heated to 190C (375F) degrees oven for about 30 minutes. Take out of the oven, serve and enjoy!
