This pie is very tasty, simple and colorful. It is cooked without meat but rather substantial because of eggplant and bell pepper. Cook it and enjoy its great taste.

Ingredients

  • black olives: 5 piece
  • cheese: 100 g
  • tomatoes: 2 piece (medium)
  • bell pepper: 1 piece
  • eggplant: 1 piece (big)
  • butter: 200 g
  • sour cream: 1 Tbsp
  • baking powder: 0.5 tsp
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • sugar: 0.5 tsp
  • flour: 400 g

  1. In a bowl mix flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.

  2. Add little melted butter and mix. Then add sour cream and knead the dough, leave for half an hour.

  3. Chop eggplant and sprinkle salt, thus the bitter taste will go. Rinse with water in 10 minutes.

  4. Chop bell pepper and slice tomatoes.
