The name of this Mexican dish is “Sopa Seca de Fideo”, which is translated as “dry soup with noodles”. The dish, however, is not a soup, but it’s got its name due to the fact that the noodles the dish contains absorb all the delightful rich stock, making them very delicious and unusual! Are you excited to taste the dish! Then hurry up to cook it the sooner-the better!

  5. Now, you can start cooking angel hair nests in the broth, which should already start simmering. Put the nests into the broth and rotate them from time to time to let them soak the broth well from all the sides. Keep simmering on medium fire for about 5-7 minutes.
