  1. Take a deep pot and boil water for your spaghetti. As soon as it boils, add salt and spaghetti. Cook with regard to instructions mentioned on the pack. Meanwhile, let’s cook the canned tuna sauce. Chop an onion (you can use blender for that purpose) and fry it on olive oil until it becomes transparent. If needed, add a bit of water into the frying pan to prevent the onion from burning.

History: Spaghetti with canned tuna is a traditional Italian dish that has gained popularity worldwide due to its simplicity and delicious taste. Tuna, a staple of Italian coastal cuisine, is canned and preserved to provide a flavorful aperitif for many Italian dishes. The combination of spaghetti and canned tuna creates a flavorful and satisfying meal that can be prepared quickly and easily.

Tips and Tricks: To make this dish even more delicious, choose high-quality canned tuna, preferably oil-packed, for maximum flavor. Use a deep pot to boil the water for the spaghetti, and be sure to follow the instructions on the package closely. When frying the onion, don't let it burn and add a little water to prevent it from sticking to the pan. Before adding the tuna to the pan, be sure to strain the oil from the can. When stirring the tuna sauce, be gentle so that the tuna doesn't become too mushy.

Tips for Presenting the Dish: To present this dish beautifully, arrange the spaghetti in a deep serving dish and pour the tuna sauce over it. Sprinkle a few drops of olive oil and a little chopped parsley on top of the dish. You can also mix the ingredients together or leave them separate, as desired. This dish pairs well with a crisp white wine and toasted garlic bread. Enjoy!
