Spaghetti with ham and cream sauce is a nice lunch meal for the whole family or a nice dinner, up to you. Look, it is always so easily and quickly cooked and so substantial. If you are a spaghetti eater, this recipe for you!
- oil : 2 Tbsp
- parmesan : 50 g
- yolk : 3 piece
- garlic : 3 clove
- cream : 200 g
- ham : 100 g
- spaghetti : 200 g
Stages of cooking
Cut ham into thin strips and chop garlic.
Grate parmesan and mix it in a bowl with cream and yolks. Stir properly.
Boil spaghetti according to package instructions, meanwhile take a pan, pour in oil and fry garlic.
Add ham and continue to fry during 2 minutes.
Cooked spaghetti place in a collander, then throw again in the pan, add garlic, ham and cream sauce, heat on a medium flame during 2-3 minutes.
Before serving sprinkle little with parmesan. Enjoy!
