  • dry bread crumbs: 0.5 cup (milled)
  • garlic: 6 clove
  • oil: 2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice: 50 ml
  • parsley: 1 bunch

  • black pepper: 1 pinch
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • fennel: 1 bunch
  • tomatoes: 1 piece
  • cucumber: 1 piece
  • cilantro: 1 bunch
  • soy sauce: 6 Tbsp
  • Adjika sauce: 2 tsp
  • honey: 1 tsp

  1. Wash and cut the pork into 2 pieces about 200 g each.
