It is so pleasant to enjoy cool ice cream in hot weather or treat your guests with it! This ice cream is not like those you have already got used to. It has delicate soufflé-like texture, due to which it is not that cold. This means that you can treat children and adults with the dessert without being afraid of their health!

Ingredients

  • strawberries: 250 g
  • sugar: 6 Tbsp
  • cream: 1 cup (33%)
  • condensed milk: 140 g
  • white chocolate: 60 g
  • dark chocolate: 60 g
  • gelatin: 2 Tbsp (4)
  • milk: 4 Tbsp
  • water: 100 ml (cold and boiled)
  • vanillin: 2 g

  1. Prepare strawberries first. Wash and dry the berries and then peel them.

  2. Prepare other ingredients of your ice cream to have them at hand while cooking.

  3. Soak gelatin in cold boiled water and leave for about 20-30 minutes. Blend the strawberries with sugar, condensed milk, vanillin and cream to get fluffy and delicate mixture.

  4. Spoon the mixture into a deep bowl. Melt white chocolate, add milk. Then spoon the mixture into the strawberry mass, carefully stirring it.

  5. Warm gelatin a bit until it completely dissolves and add it into the strawberry mass, stirring the mixture well.

  6. Pour the mass into cupcake forms and leave in a freezer for about 2-3 hours.
