Awesome stuffed tomatoes with rice, mozzarella cheese and pesto sauce. If you are a fan of Mediterranean cuisine then this recipe is for you.
- tomatoes : 6 piece
- cooked rice : 1 cup
- Pesto sauce : 3 Tbsp
- mozzarella : 100 g
- olive oil : 1 Tbsp
- salt : 1 tsp
- spinach : 1 bunch
Stages of cooking
Cook the rice and warm up the oven to 200C.
Cut off the tops of tomatoes.
Dig out the insides with a teaspoon.
—ut mozzarella into cubes, chop spinach. Mix rice, mozzarella, spinach, pesto sauce and the inside from 3 tomatoes in a bowl. Ad salt and black pepper.
Stuff the tomatoes.
Sprinkle the tomatoes with olive oil and, if desired, sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake for 20 minutes until the tomatoes are soft.
