Aromatic sugar cookies greatly taste with tea. Homemade cookies are very easy to cook, your family will appreciate your cooking.
- vanilla sugar : 1 tsp
- baking powder : 1 tsp
- sour cream : 3 Tbsp
- egg : 2 piece
- butter : 100 g
- starch : 2 tsp
- sugar : 150 g (and other 100 g to sprinkle)
- flour : 250 g
Stages of cooking
Place in a bowl butter,vanilla sugar, eggs, sour cream and sugar.
Stir it untill it is smooth, don\'t whisk.
Mix flour and baking powder with starch separately and then add to sugar-egg mixture.
Knead the dough, it must be even and soft but not stick to hands. Wrap the dough with a kitchen wrap and place in a fridge for 25-30 minutes.
On a baking paper roll out the dough.
Now place the baking paper with the dough on a bakink tray.
Sprinkle sugar and cut out squares or any other figures you want.
Bake in a pre-heated to 180C (350F) degrees oven for about 20 minutes. It must be golden. Serve with tea and enjoy warm sugar cookies.
