This Indian dessert is very unusual and delicate. The best thing about it is that it is very simple and easy to cook. The overall cooking time won’t take you longer than 20 minutes. The result, however, will please your family and friends. Do you wish to taste this dessert the sooner-the better? Then it is high time to cook it!



  • milk powder : 2 cup
  • sugar : 1 cup
  • water : 1 cup
  • walnuts : 3 Tbsp
  • pistachios : 3 Tbsp
  • green cardamom powder : 0.5 Tbsp
  • saffron : 1 pinch
  • ghee : 1 Tbsp (optional)

Stages of cooking

  1. Break the walnut shells, get the walnuts and chop them.

  2. Grind the pistachios in a mixer.

  3. Take a bowl and mix milk powder, ground pistachios, chopped walnuts and green cardamom powder in it. Stir well. Now, take a tray and grease it well with 1 tablespoon of ghee.

  4. It is high time to cook the sugar syrup now. If you don’t know how to do that, take a pan, mix water and sugar in it (the proportion should be 1:1) and let it boil for about 10-12 minutes until it becomes dense.

  5. Cut off the heat now and mix the sugar syrup with the mixture you have prepared before. Spread on a tray.

  6. Dredge with ground pistachios, saffron and leave at the room temperature for about 15-20 minutes.

  7. Cut into portions and serve cool. Enjoy!
