These citrus-spiked twists get their tints from matcha powder (finely ground green tea leaves) and ground turmeric.


  • butter, softened: 0.5 cup
  • sugar: 0.5 cup
  • vanilla extract: 0.5 tsp
  • kosher salt: 0.5 tsp

  • flour: 1.5 cups
  • lime zest: 1 tsp
  • matcha powder: 0.25 tsp
  • lemon zest: 1 tsp
  • turmeric : 0.25 tsp

Sprinkle cookies with sparkling sugar.
