Tabbouleh is a traditional Indian dish. The main ingredient is fresh greenery, which makes it juicy and gives it unique summer taste.
Ingredients
- bulgur : 1 cup
- tomatoes : 3 piece
- parsley : 100 g
- green onion : 70 g
- mint : 25 g (fresh)
- olive oil : 2 Tbsp (extra virgin)
- salt : 1 tsp
- black pepper : 0.5 tsp
- lemon : 0.5 piece

Place one cup of bulgur into a bowl, add 2 cups of boiling water, cover and set aside for about 15 minutes. Bulgur will absorb some water and become softer. Remove extra liquid.

Chop the tomatoes.

Now, chop the parsley, mint and green onion.

To cook the dressing for the dish, blend 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper and the juice of 0.5 lemon.

Mix bulgur with the greenery, tomatoes, and the dressing you have cooked. Mix well and enjoy the dish!
